Sustainable Education and Environmental Studies

Our Sustainable Education and Environmental Studies program equips schools, colleges, universities, communities, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to integrate sustainability principles into education and everyday practices. Through workshops, training, and other resources, we help institutions embed environmental education into their curricula so that future generations are prepared to face ecological challenges and support sustainable development.

We also collaborate with communities and organizations to foster environmental responsibility. We provide training on environmental impacts, sustainable development, and the protection of natural resources. Our goal is to empower individuals and institutions to contribute to a more sustainable future through education, awareness, and concrete action.

Sustainable Gastronomy and Zero Waste - New for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

The program supports schools, educators, professionals and organisations in integrating the principles of sustainable gastronomy into education and everyday practice. It focuses on food waste prevention, the use of local and seasonal ingredients, the circular economy, healthy nutrition and the development of environmentally responsible habits.

Through interactive workshops, project-based learning and the exchange of European best practices, participants will gain practical skills that can be applied in schools, educational institutions and hospitality settings while learning to develop sustainable solutions with a lasting positive impact.
